Six Sigma Green is the intermediate ‘belt’ in the Six Sigma portfolio, designed to improve organisational efficiency and improve business processes through defined tools, techniques and approaches.

Prerequisites: The Six Sigma Green Belt certification requires three years of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. Six Sigma Green Belts are employees who spend some of their time on process improvement teams. They analyze and solve quality problems, and are involved with Six Sigma, lean or other quality improvement projects.

Ron Crabtree

Ron is a Master Organizational Transformation Architect who is co-author or author of five books on operational excellence, including Driving Operational Excellence, and he has been published in multiple business publications. He has authored APICS Magazine’s Lean Culture department since 2003. He has also served as an instructor for Villanova University and the University of San Francisco in Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain and Lean Supply Chain.
