PRINCE2 Practioner

PRINCE2 is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. The PRINCE2 Practioner is the second of the two PRINCE2 examinations required to become certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. This course will ensure team members are confident in applying PRINCE2 to the running and managing of projects in controlled environments.

Qualification: PRINCE2 Practitioner
Study time: Full time – one to two weeks | Part time – four to five weeks

Prerequisites – In order to sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • Project Management Professional – PMP
  • Certified Associate in Project Management – CAPM

Ideal for: Project team members, entry-level project managers, undergraduate or graduate students studying project management
