Dan Lachance has worked in various IT roles since 1993, including as a technical trainer with Global Knowledge, programmer, consultant, as well as an IT tech author and editor for McGraw-Hill and Wiley Publishing.
He has held and still holds IT certifications in Linux, Novell, Lotus, CompTIA, and Microsoft. His specialities over the years have included networking, IT security, cloud solutions, Linux management, and configuration and troubleshooting across a wide array of Microsoft products.

Boris Misljencevic has over 5 years of experience working as a software engineer in the IT field. He has work experience with large Silicon Valley based tech companies as well as authoring multiple Android and web apps.
Boris’s skills and interests lie in: C/C++, Python, Django, Java, Android, cloud computing, and Windows and Linux development tools. He is also an active pilot, holding both commercial and flight Instructor licenses.

He has developed several web applications and worked with the University of New Brunswick, where he designed and developed a relational database that was subsequently used for obtaining statistics for analysing student retention on the university’s Fredericton and Saint John campuses.
Aaron Sampson is a seasoned and experienced IT professional having started in the industry in 1995. With a primary focus on certified technical training, he can be found most of the time in a classroom environment training primarily in network infrastructure and services. Aaron has also been involved with extensive practical implementations in a variety of technical and operational capacities. Most of Aaron’s experience has been in environments using Windows/Active Directory systems, SQL databases, and Exchange messaging environments, but with multiple certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, upgrades, new versions, and new technologies are continually pursued and new challenges always undertaken.
